Any help with my comic?

I've always wanted to write and illustrate, and I've been doing that for most of my life. I finally got the guts to show other people my work about a few months ago, which was when I posted the first episode of Zodiac Destiny.
I love making it and it keeps me entertained. There are some friends of mine that are subscribed to it and they tell me they enjoy it as well. Regardless, I'am always looking to improve. Any suggestions?

The first and most obvious thing that stands out to me is the lettering: sometimes it's really hard to read your text, because the letters are a.) a bit small, b.) a bit uneven in size, and c.) unevenly spaced. There are places where the space between letters in the same word are as big as the space between different words.

Try to work on making your lettering easier to read!

I don't know if you make your comics traditionally or digitally, but a side from the comic is cut off.
I agree with Anna Landin the text is difficult to read.
A tip I learned while working on comics is to plan your page with the text in it.
So while you draw you also draw the balloon with text in it.

I draw them on paper first and then I outline it in photoshop... I'm not the most photoshop pro so I'm still getting used to it.... but the later pages are not cut off. Those are the first ones since at first I did them with ink.... but thanks I'll try to improve the lettering

Echoing the above about making the lettering clearer. If hand-lettering isn't something you're looking to perfect, there are a lot of quality free comic fonts available online. I personally use a font because I know I can't maintain a consistent lettering style. Also, plan the panels out so that the dialogue and artwork are not competing for space.

If you're looking to up your quality overall, I'd say put a lot more care into the presentation. I see your panel borders are often uneven and have lines poking off the ends. You can use the rectangle tool in Photoshop to get an even shape, or just draw a straight line with the brush tool by holding down the shift key. In general, you should make sure that your gutters are spaced out evenly, and that art isn't popping out of the panels unless there's an intended reason.

thank you for the photoshop tips!!! I really need them to be honest.... and yes from time to time I like putting the drawings outside the panels.... it gives it a 3-D-ish look and I often do that when there's an explosion or big/fast movement.

Aside from that, it is true that some times I do not intend it. But with your photoshop tips I think I'll fix it! Thank you so much!

I mention being careful with popping out of the panels because it can lead the eye in the wrong direction when reading. Anything breaking the border tends to have the effect of "Hey, look over here!", and if that thing is pointing in a weird direction, it can make the page flow feel odd. I find that if you want to emphasize an explosion or big movement, doing a full-bleed panel might work better.

Your story is very interesting! I ended up reading 14 pages of it. With that said, as said in the above responses, if you don't want to pursue hand-lettering then I highly suggest using Adobe Illustrator for your lettering. A lot of comic letterers swear by it and it does wonders! You can read the Lettering Guide by Jim Campbell and personally it's helped my lettering a lot.

I'm glad you find the story interesting !! I've always done hand lettering since I started making my first comic (8 years ago.... when I was 8 years old) so it would feel weird to make the change to typing stuff.... But yeah my handwriting has also never been the best, so I think it's a change worth making.
