Any Movie(s) Worse than Tales of Earthsea?

the new Hellboy movie. it's just crap! bad story, bad CgI, bad timing and that's before we even consider that ron pearlmen is not in it! I so wish they had gone ahead and let him give us the part 3 we wanted.

I never watched the show when it was on bit caught up on it when it hit streaming. I was pretty fascinated with the series and binged it. Then the movie was announced the following year so I was like ok cool! Then I saw M Night was involved and my expectations plummeted. I waited to rent it and my disappointment with M Night held up as justified. The Village is still the worst of his movies for me but the Last Airbender and After Earth have become the top two worst of his movies for me.

Event Horizon is another film I just did not like in the end because it just felt like a gorefest and no substance.

Ah, another movie I horribly despised just popped into my head: The Foreigner w/ Jackie Chan. "Fear and Loathing," has been mentioned a few times. I'm scared now. Not sure if I should accept the challenge, or avoid it like the plague. How long did you guys last with it? Did any of you manage to get through the entire thing?

I only watched the show last year and I love it a lot! But I saw the movie in cinema (eh, 9 years ago now?), so I wasn't bias when watching it... awful nonetheless
And before watching his Last Airbender movie I only saw The Village, so yeah

It's low hanging fruit but... Delgo. It's not the lowest grossing movie of its decade for nothing. It's not so bad it's good like Food Fight, it's just bad.

I've seen Delgo probably three times and still can't recall most of what happens in it. My attention wanders whenever someone puts it on.

All I can remember is the unbelievably annoying sidekick and faerie hitler(they actually kill minions using gas chambers, kids' movie btw). But MOSTLY the sidekick. I don't think the movie gives a single reason as to why the good factions didn't just tie him to a lamp post and did the world saving thing, he's an actual liability.

I saw it to the end but didn't even realize it was the end until the credits started rolling. The movie is just a jumbled mess of drug trip outs which makes sense because the writings that it was based on was a drug fueled weekend for Hunter c Thompson. I honestly don't see what the fuss was over the movie when it came out. It was just an utter mess.

I remember I went to a screening of Earthsea and even after seeing it for free in a theater I was upset lol (not to mention the theater was right next to the subway line and you could hear the trains coming and going throughout the whole movie, and since the audio in that movie is so bad....) The dub is what really kills that movie for me. Disney did a really really bad job.

The Foreigner was also bad too lol I forgot exactly what was wrong but it was like a movie within a movie. You expect it to be about Jackie Chan's character seeking revenge but it's really about some politicians doing stuff and Jackie Chan just kinda shows up at the end for extra kill like WTF

Fear and Loathing is Amazing brah. Almost all of Terry Gillaims movies are awesome.

The Hellboy reboot was ehhh but the worse part was how throughout the whole movie he had there over the top epic fights with monsters and then at the climax he just was meh and killed the witch without any fight at all like wtf was the point of her?

I recently watched Hellboy, and I must say, I totally got what I was expecting: a poorly executed monster hunter story complimented by terrible acting. It had no defining qualities of its own, whatsoever. And LOL, upset over a free screening. Though, I feel you 100%. If it were me, I'd feel cheated despite the fact that's it free.

On that note, "The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen". Maybe I should have had some sort of comic background going into it, but the movie as itself without context is weak.

@JRHoch - I judge movies harshly sometimes, even ones you'd think I'd like. Cap'n America: Civil War was also shit. SO SLOW.

League and the Avengers are two of Sean Connery's worse films. I have heard he came out of retirement for a horrible animated film I haven't seen.
