Hiya! Good luck for your launch, I hope it goes well! Sci-fi in general is quite a small community so if you're regular we'll likely see you pop up a lot :coffee_love:
My ongoing sci-fi comic is more drama than humour, being in a dystopia and all, but I hope some moments of levity allow it to not be all doom and gloom. Chapter 3 is currently publishing in page-per-week format :3

complicated question. I write sci-fi and sci-fantasy, but I haven't posted any of it here. I recently won an honorable mention for the "L Ron Hubbard Writers and Illustrators of the Future" competition for one of my sci-fantasy stories tho, which was awesome.

Elsie is steampunk so therefore it is science fiction

The Elsie Clone High AU is also science fiction because clones

But also I have a science fiction story called Omega City that has been through a lot of iterations since 2017. Or so I don’t remember.

Yalls, can take a gander at my comic, If you like scifi, horror, creature features!
Essentially, this is a story of grief and moving forwards after losses. Salvador Hendricks, a mission commander, is driven from a dying Earth into space tries to find solace after the collapse of humanity and his husband's passing. In his missions abroad into the stars he finds himself in a predicament, up against an alien lifeform ...and becoming an unsuspecting father to ten children.

ACTION SCIENCE FANTASY VISUAL NOVEL

General synopsis: In 2158, global tensions between Arga and Yuropa push the world to the brink of the Third Territorial War. But before conflict can erupt, an apocalyptic event splits the planet in half, wiping out half of humanity, restricting the alive to go and access the resources on the other side of the blinding light. As the survivors rebuild their lives within the safety of Dome cities, monstrous creatures emerge from the chaos, ravaging everything in their path.

Amidst the destruction and uncertainty, a group of soldiers embarks on a desperate mission. Driven by their noble cause to protect and reclaim what is lost, they confront the terrifying truths of their harsh new reality. Racing against time, these brave souls face unimaginable challenges as they fight to safeguard the remnants of humanity and possibly save the entire world from total annihilation.

YUP! My story is a mix of tragedy and sci-fi! Coupled with a bit of comedy! (Tragedy and comedy in the same novel lol)

'Sword'. A name that echoed, bold and grand, throughout the five continents and across the world. Even the savages of the mountains and the islanders across the sea speak of his name. The man who held the earth and the sky in the palm of his hand, unchallenged. People only speak of his greatness, his courage, his pure and overwhelming strength, a legend engraved in the history books. And yet there is not one word uttered of his past.

An ordinary man who simply had his life stripped away from him. That is the cold-blooded killing machine, the perfect soldier, 'Sword'.

My new sci-fi comedy project "The Moonlight Manifesto" premieres tonight at 7:00 PM PST! I've been having so much fun working on this and developing the concept, and I'm super excited to finally debut it!

Premise: "When nine eccentric and rebellious alien girls crash-land in the quiet town of Bethlehem, Florida, they don’t invade or ask for help—they just start living. But their carefree, absurdist way of life, which rejects every rule, norm, and expectation, spreads like wildfire.

Soon, their chaotic philosophy—The Moonlight Manifesto—sparks a full-blown social revolution, turning the town upside down. Some see them as prophets of liberation, others as agents of madness, and the government? They see a threat that must be contained.

Now, as believers and skeptics clash, a pair of desperate agents try to regain control, and the world watches in awe, The Nine just keep laughing, partying, and rewriting reality.

Because if nothing matters… why not have fun?"

Its more fantasy, but I did also include mechs, lazars, and other forms of advanced tech
