I like what you've done so far--it is appealing, and totally fine for a webcomic. I think it's good. To amp your game, the thing that I would improve it is that, if you're gonna go do all the effort to of putting in color (cuz color takes HOURS), to make the colors more fun and spicy overall, so that effort will be more worth it to have in the first place. Right now the colors are nice, but only really serve to identify the character. It would be nice if there was more to tell us if it's a warmly lit scene, or a cool lit scene. Also her hair and her face and her clothes feel like the same material since right now the coloring feels flat and there aren't many highlights.
We get a sense that the light is coming the top right, but the shadows don't necessarily align with that on her clothes. There would be more shadow on the bottom left side of her hair, and not just under her bangs. Also, since the light comes from above, there will be more highlight light on her nose and bangs than on her lips (but that is also a preference thing, since anime faces are stylistically flat, so you can ignore that if you want to). Overall, the shadows feel the right shade in the face, but then are very dark and gray on her clothes--I try to avoid using straight black shadows anywhere except where natural occlusion would be, and some of the shadow on the clothes don't add up with where our light source is.
Here's a trick I do when I feel like my colors are a little flat and 2d and I think I may have messed up my light source--I put on a multiply layer of one color so it covers the entiiiiire image (and I put the layer at a certain opacity, ((like 50%, whatever you feel like))), and then use a mask on that multiply layer to hatch out where the light would actually fall. After that, I'll go into the original shadow layer and change certain shadow colors to better match my scene (so the shadows on the face I'd boost warmer, and then in occlusion areas I'd add some black, etc.)
Additionally, you might want to play around with some backlighting on the top of her hair? That's just a personal preference I like to do, but really helps bring the characters forward.
