After quite some time, I started writing a completely fantasy novel. But the thing is, I haven't been able to figure how to take notes for worldbuilding for it. Can anyone please suggest any website for worldbuilding?

There are sites like Campfire and Worldanvil. I haven't used them personally(because I don't have the confidence to write fantasy yet) but I've heard great things about both, especially the latter.
I use WorldAnvil kind of as an encyclopedia for myself to keep track of characters, relationships, timelines, history, things like that. It's supposed to be used for roleplaying campaigns, but I find it very useful for my comic. and it's free!
WorldAnvil is one of the few sites I know that's good for World building. I don't know about CampFire through, but WA leans over to more D&D Campaign. But it can be also use for novels and comics as well!
