Hi, I'm a new user here! /)v(\ I like memes and I'm a weird person in general but usually too shy to comment, you'd have to talk to me first to start a conversation. If I have enough courage I might post comics one day but who knowwss

Anyway I've been having some questionable dreams lately and I love hearing stories, so what's a weird adventure you had while in the depths of your slumber?

Hello, welcome to Tapastic!

Hooooooooooooooooo boy, I could write a 50 page essay about my dreams. I dunno where to start to be honest :'D
Maybe if you had anything specific in mind I could answer better. I just don't want to ramble on and on about everything and nothing haha

Maybe your most recent dream? I'm not the best at coming up with prompts honestly x'D If there are any dreams that stick out to you for whatever reason (a unique feeling, coincidentally aligns with something IRL, etc.) I'd also love to hear

I was in my bed, and then I was in a swamp but it was mixed with a sewer, there were weird wines crawling the bricked walls on the sides and I was walking and I understood/felt that this was not how it was supposed to be. I heard something ahead and I basically said to my semi-conscious self: "fuck it, I'm out". I managed to turn back (the floor got a grip on my feet) and walk to the other end and I wanted to see better and suddenly there was light. I felt like I was powerful and jumped to the ceiling, I tore it.
I flew for some times and lost control over it, I have some very vague memories of the rest but I wasn't in control anymore.

One of my favourites is from sometime in my last couple years of highschool.

I was a girl named Jane, and I was living in a dormitory or boarding school or something, and I knew that I had previously been in trouble for "spending too much money and being a bad influence on the other girls." There was a woman in a sharp pink suit who was kind of following and keeping an eye on me throughout the dream, and if I was caught doing it again there was a vague implication I'd be arrested or involuntarily committed or something. Anyway, in highschool IRL there was a quiet girl named Marie that I kind of idolised and was too shy to talk to; here in the dream she had started talking to me and wanting to hang out. I was extremely excited to do so, and we went out to the mall together with a couple of friends. When we went to the food court and sat down to order food -- it was set up like barstools at a bar in front of each restaurant for some reason -- I suddenly realised I'd messed up. I was spending money, and I was in trouble. I felt extremely guilty and dumb for falling back into this habit I'd sworn I wouldn't do again --- but then Marie took out her wallet, a ratty cloth wallet covered with patches, and she took out money to pay for our meals. I can't describe how relieved I was.

Suddenly, the best way I know how to say it is that the dream switched to a 3rd-person view. I saw what Jane looked like for the first time, a tall blonde girl sitting there with Marie on one side and her two other friends on the other, with a couple of unrelated customers in the other seats. Then the view shifted, and I realised what I was seeing there was still Jane's perspective -- she was seeing those other people, but in reality, there was no Marie. There were empty seats where the two friends had been. There was just Jane, by herself, holding the ratty cloth wallet and pulling out money to pay the man. And while I watched, the lady in the sharp pink suit walked up and dragged Jane away, screaming.

And then I woke up!

I don't remember the most recent one, but I do remember one in which I shot a person ;v; It was a while ago.
It stuck to me, because it was a whole new experience.
I usually fought monsters and ghosts before, but this time, I was on that class trip, and there was that clingy girl that stayed by my side all the time. She was kinda annoying, and I tried to keep my distance from her, but she was persistant with tagging along. The class trip was to visit a theatre. But I had to leave before the play started, sneaked out, because I had some shady business to do at an abandoned place.
Long story short, the clingy girl followed me and witnessed something she shouldn't (I am vaguely remembering that part) and I had to kill her. And I did. With a gun. And the feeling is impossible to describe. I felt relieved that I got rid of a witness, one that was hella annoying at that, but then there was the adrenaline rush of terrible guilt overwhelming me.
I joined my class trip soon after and I decided to pretend that nothing happened.
When we got to the bus, the teacher asked me where's the girl? Since she was clinging to me, everyone thought we're best friends. I lied that I didn't know where she went. And from that moment I kept having that guilt feeling mixed with paranoia that someone will find out my crime and throw me in jail.
A group of my friends created a small detective group, and asked me to join it, to find the missing girl. Ironically I joined that group to monitor their progress and step in with false leads when they get close to the truth. I remember "investigating" with them. All the while laughing at them internally, that I was the criminal they were looking for. It felt like being Light from Death Note.

Look at this wall of text :'D

I love those parts in dreams where you feel powerful and can do anything, tearing that ceiling sounds epic xD Lucid dreams are always fun

Poor Jane she just wanted to buy some food x'D I wonder what trouble she had to stir up to be in such a position, and I like the pink sharp looking suit detail, it just sounds satisfying haha

another one had me turn into a werewolf and jump above an entire pool.
I thought Iwas gonna land in the water, but the closer I got to the other side, the more I was worried. I woke up when my head hit the tiles.

That's so epic oh my gosh |'D I don't think I've ever killed someone in my dreams before but that sounds really intense, and I feel like misleading the group must've felt great like you're unstoppable xD (I want the cleverness if Light honestly pff)

It was really super intense, I can still feel a taste of it. If you have that crushing feeling in your chest when you lie to someone, it was 10 times worse, I tell you. Soooo not worth it :'D

I have a lot of dreams to share, but not today as I am going to bed soon XD
I might drop by every now and then and tell you more ovo

I would love to hear more, it's a lot of fun to read about wacky dreams //and to keep on procrastinating on homework lol, come back anytime c:

I have weird dreams all the time. The funniest tho has to be the time where I realized I was dreaming, so I asked Deidara (from Naruto) to bring me two cute guys...because well you know blush. So he left and came back with one guy and I got pissed at him and said I wanted two. It wasn't until several weeks later when I realized Deidara was suppose to be the second guy. frowning

I also once had a dream where I was in a train which fell off a cliff and we landed in North Korea.

Another where I as Lucky (from Lucky Charms) and I was driving a flying bus full of kids and there were no seats.

And my favorite...Hell broke loose and my high school (from the FUTURE) had to pull our souls out of our bodies (so more or less killing us) so that we could all go to heaven and Satan could not have our souls. The rest of the dream was about "heaven" and it was WEIRD.

so, on a scale from "meh" to "awesome", how cool was heaven?
