Anyone do all their work on mobile tablets? Tips?

I prefer using a wacom, but I'm trying to do more on the ipad, just because its a lot more convenient. But drawing on the ipad can be really lame. Anyone have tips? I got one of those micro stylus thingies but I it only mildy improves the experience.

What do you use to draw on ipad? Why is it lame for you? Does it lag when you use your stylus? Curious because I've never done it

If it's the hardware that's limiting, i don't think there's much tips that can be given. I just ended up selling my Surface Pro 3 because it felt awkward to use after being spoilt with Cintiqs and Intuoses - and that one at least has pen pressure. iPad doesn't have pen pressure unless you've got the new one, so that is pretty limiting - best way is to optimise your style to work with it. Sometimes limitations really help creativity I've done some of my favourite sketches in Tegaki a (now closed I believe) oekaki-like website with the most basic of drawing tools.

Other than that..there's always paper?

I use a Nexus 7 with one of those soft tip styluses for my comic. It's not a perfect setup by any stretch, but since I don't have to be super precise with my comic artwork, it works. I just like that I can move around with my tablet and can draw comics anywhere, vs having a wacom attached to a computer.
