1. I've watched wayyy too many anime over many years so my favorites are always changing, but the one that's always stayed at the top since watching it has to be Black Clover. Recently, some of the ones I've really liked have been Kaiju No. 8, Tsukimichi, Hell's Paradise, and The Elusive Samurai. For series that used to be at my top but now have fallen a tad bit, it'd probably be The Rising of the Shield Hero, Dr. Stone, and Gundam the Witch from Mercury.

2. Of course, probably my most frequent hobby is writing. Other than that, I also enjoy just blasting music or absolutely spacing out while imaging potential stories I've yet to write (sometimes a combination of those two at once)

3. I don't necessarily have specific favorite songs, but definitely favorite artists. In terms of English artists, I love anything by Linkin Park, Set It Off, Livingston, and basically all the songs from Arcane. For Japanese artists (which is mainly the other kinda music I listen to), it'd have to be Mafumafu and Ado.

4. I'm a sucker for gacha games, my main fixation right now being Honkai Star Rail. I do also play a tad bit of Reverse 1999 right now, but my gacha fixations tend to rotate around every few months. I also play a lot of Minecraft and Valorant.

5. I haven't read everyone else's replies yet so I don't know if this has been asked, but what would be your dream vacation spot, and what activities would you want to do / places you'd want to visit?

that's amazing that you can do 2D animation, that takes skills to do that! ah, but mostly, have good time of resting, and it's fine to have more hobbies that means you're flexible

what inspired my mc huh, many things. I have 4 season of my story to be done, but I have 2 protagonist in my work here in tapas. what inspires me most is anime called Fate Zero and show named Kamen rider Ryuki
you can pick up the character persona if you read it, the story is still ongoing because I'm still preparing more episodes to be done, anyhow, thank you for enjoying the topic, thank you for sharing

dream vacation spot, if I would be honest, I want to go to Japan and Greece. in Japan, I want to see the manga studio if possible, I want to know how the mangakas work. for Greece, I want to visit the gods temples I used to love mythology gods but mostly, I want to visit Hades one if there's any, he's my favorite Greek god

OMG YES GREEK MYTHOLOGY! I based the gods in my novel off of the Greek gods! Also, since we're on the topic, have you by any chance listened to Epic: The Musical?

Yeah! For me, Madoka Magica was probably one of the most harrowing shows I could have seen when first I got into anime, but what stuck with me was the smooth pacing, amazing soundtrack, and dynamic characters - especially Kyouko and Sayaka. I tend to gravitate towards female protagonists a lot of times just because I tend to find their character arcs more interesting, though I have been finding more favorite male characters as well. Some of my other favorite characters include Chilchuck Tims from Delicious in Dungeon, Gilear Faeth and Adaine Abernant from Fantasy High, and Maomao from Apothecary Diaries.

I highly recommend the albums these songs came from as well! Listening to albums has become one of my favorite pastimes, and a lot of times I like to reference them in my comic as well. Jimmy Eat World especially has inspired a lot of my comic, it's actually named after a song of theirs' xD

Oh hey, Fate Zero and Madoka were both written by Gen Urobuchi! Maybe I should try to watch it someday...

Bleach definitely a major influence in my work... I grew up watching shonen anime on Philippine TV in the late 1990s afternoon after school and after the 6:00 pm news.

Between 3:00-4:00 pm... watch anime.
4:00-6:00 or 7:00 pm... play outside
7:00-8:00 pm... watch anime again while doing homework and getting ready for bed.

All fighting anime is similar. Just different power levels. On one hand you have godlike planetary destruction like DBZ and there's the exaggerated real martial arts like Lookism. Then there's everything in between. (Yuyu Hakusho, Kenshin, BT-X, shadow skill, zenki, etc)

Gundam is more on the political side of things. When I first watched Gundam as a kid who only liked the cool robots, it didn't appeal as much as fighting anime. But as an adult, anime like Gundam is what I actually prefer over fighting anime.
