I remember Rumiko Takahashi always added notes to their assistants and animation director to avoid fanservice or panty shots on their girl characters even if she designed them mini-skirts outfits and posed some of them with some pin-up poses. She had taht kind of balance.
So as many here has said it depends on you, the audience you are aiming for and to be honest with yourself (and others) about your intentions with your work.
I took the freedom to check the angle, I apologize for doing so if you dont like it (the pose is cool in general Ive seen it a lot on male caharacters)
and of course the problem here is the outfit (unless you intended it to be fanservice)
I think some angles are unnavoidable for the story purpouses but you still can control everything in the end.
My personal tastes are not show panty shots, Im not intersted at all, so most of my female characters wears pants or lycra bike shorts under them, I really desighn their outfits thinking that some poses will be needed and I dont make them wear exposing clothes, specially to characters taht are -25 yo. Im not 100% puritan either and I have designed some scenes where I show some neither regions shots for my other story that is intended for mature audiuences.
My point is that if you are worried about what others think and what you want, just be honest with yourself first so the right audience for you will go to read your work and the ones dont like these things will know in advance.
