Are there any other musicians out there who do this with their OCs?

So sometimes, when I'm just playing around with my instruments and not playing any songs in particular, I like to imagine what if my comic had it's own show, then what the music would be in a particular scene, then I like to play what music I think would be in that scene and think about my OCs. Is there anyone else who does this?

Used to do this kinda stuff in high school when I played the flute (can't anymore.). Could never play anything that fit. Flute was far too whimsy for the messed up characters and situations I made back then.

Now-a-days I just listen to music and make AMVs in my head of my characters hah;;

The reverse tends to happen. I hear a song then I'm like dang this sounds good and fits so well with either particular scene or the entire arc or comic itself. Not a musician though. Dabbled with guitar and piano just the basics

Niji Chikara was originally going to be an animated series, so before changing my mind and making it a comic, I wrote some music for it. Probably most notable of which is that all of the main villains have their own theme music.

I picture my OCs in a fight scene or when im planning to make a video game about them, then i play around soundtrap and make battle theme music, im having fun with it lol

i create music, that's my primary passion.
when i was writing my urban dark fantasy story L'Occulte, i was messing around, making a blend of orchestral, electronic and hip hop. one of the tunes was added to one of my tapes just for fun, called 'head rush'...it sucks lol

I had a few ideas for a TV Series intro to my series that I've tried writing before on the piano.

There's a few scenes in my comic I had pre-existing songs in my head while making, but I've never wanted to "score" anything. I like editing my comic keeping in mind how a first time reader would react to it, having an outside stimulus in mind that they wouldn't experience would distort that.
