Hey I was at a catering event (catering for extra cash) for Maria Shriver at Hearst Castle and Vern went past me as I held a dish of bacon wrapped shrimp.

Zac Efron grew up 20 mins away and I have a very bitter aquaintance who wants to be a famous musician (and went to elementary and high school with him) who can’t handle Zac’s success. Can you tell I live in California yet? Hahaha

THO I did go to high school with Yousef Erakat of FouseyTube, creator of the yoga pants prank. Had him in a couple of classes, including my lab group. Glad he's finding success in comedy, he excelled at that in school.

He was a very famous jazz trumpet player in America. Played Jazz, Swing, and big band. He was a distant cousin on my father's side. Never got to meet him though -- he passed away long before I was born.

One kind of famous Polish voice actor has the same last name as me, but I don't think we're related... My close family though has an inside joke of calling him "uncle" so we know who are we talking about. XD

I'm kind of related... I was born on July 28 1988 - it was the day of 1000 years afrer turning Kievan Rus into christianity, and I was named after knyaz Volodymyr the Baptizer - the dude has done tha thing. So now every jubilee of the event - is also my personal jubilee as well.

Ever heard of Gavrilo Princip? Princip is a title his family has gotten. Thing is his family's former family name, and the family name he was registered under in Austro-Hungarian documents, is also my mom's family name. Just that they are of different religions (which, in my country means, they are of different ethnicities as well), so I never thought much about it. I should have, though.

Gavrilo Princip is actually a pretty close relative of my grandmother's (pretty close for the standards of a country where everyone is cousin).
