I actually knew a guy with six fully functional fingers on one hand and only four on the other. He was polydactyl on his right hand, and on his left hand his middle and ring fingers had fused into one single wide finger.
As for my own characters: In Finding Daecon's Way they are all shapeshifters, but Daecon himself is a rare and powerful type of shapeshifter known as a Dunamis. He has heterochromic eyes (each eye is a different colour), which is actually quite common in my Shifters, but he also has Central heterochromia, where the outer rings of his irises are a dark red, while the inner parts are blue (cobalt blue on the right, ice blue on the left).
Also, his hair is and always was pure white. Because of his Dunamis status his hair cannot be dyed, cut, or soiled (he actually used to dye it blue but that was before his powers developed)
