Best size for a comic chapter?

Obviously that kinda relies on the story script itself, but as a ballpark, how many pages (a page is ~ 5-6 panels if you're webtooner) long are your comic chapters, if your comic have ones? Mine haven't finished even the second one yet, but I think i'll make them about 20-30 pages each, is that ok, or its too short?

My chapters are about 25-30 pages, with a hard upper limit of 35 pages. My scripts are getting longer for later chapters, so the page length is going to increase. A chapter is just as long as it needs to be. That can be 10 pgs of 50 pgs. Just as long story works for that chapter.

A typical manga chapter is 20-30 pages, I believe most other comics work like this as well (30-page standart) We only had 4 pages per chapter in the first season, but in second it's around 20 pages +/- a few pages less or more for me.

For my comic with a plot, 16-30 pages.

For my comedic comic with no plot, 4 pages.

I am currently brainstorming a light-hearted series that might be in the 8-10 page range. I've been listening to a podcast about old serial comics with that range, so it made me a bit curious about writing stories with limited pages.

Well my comic is supposed to have chapters between 15-30 pages.(thou only one chapter I can say will be definitely 30 pages). Generally I tend to see the first chapter being the shortest since its generally an intro chapter and most people dislike a long intro.

Really I want to gradually publish 1 chapter a month, so the longer chapters will defiantly be a bit of a pain to complete.

Thou some pages as simply one giant image so that might balance it out.
