My comic is actually a bit of a love letter to the BL manga scene so it's got a lot of your typical BL centric themes haha! The main character is called Makoto who enjoys wearing dresses and looking like a girl, but is very much happy being male! He's a bit of a shit who likes to play up to how people 'see' him, so if they think he's just a helpless girly boy, that's how he'll act even though he isn't like it at all. Then you got the two main love interests Shino and Seiya who are just kinda moody average guys.
Uuuuh I think the first one I ever read was Earthian by Yun Kouga maybe? I remember shipping stuff way before reading any of it, that's for sure. (Matt and Tai from Digimon hahahaha)
I'm actually not reading any at the moment so recommendations would be great!

I'll join in, sounds fun enough!

1) The main characters in my BL novel are Joey and Simon! I use a ton of tropes, so Simon is the shy nerdy guy who has a crush on Joey, who is a lovable jock. Something in their backstory as friends happened which ended their friendship and made Joey dislike Simon in the story they need to work through that in order to get together eventually.
2) first one I read here was "a matter of life and death" but sadly that one updated with a message today discontinuing it, because the author felt uncomfortable working on it any longer
3) I have a lot I am currently keeping up with but I can't pick out one haha

If you want a recommendation I really liked the webtoon "Sign" 8D it is about a deaf guy and a hearing guy getting together, I thought it was really cute <3

Tell us about the lead characters in your BL! Who are they, what do they do, etc.

for my novel Incantations of Love my main chars are Zain (a human) and Nyx (an alicorn, aka an unicorn with wings). Nyx has been locked up in the human's house for years and after being freed, Zain promises him to get him back to Silver Garden (the location the alicorn grew up in). but things don't always go as smoothly as they want, because on full moons Nyx becomes an incubus.

What is the first BL you remember reading?

I don't think it was my first (because that was really a long time ago), but Junjou Romantica is still one of the classics I read (obv. not the best example of a BL).

What is the BL comic you are reading right now that you like?

currently reading the novel Heart to Heart, but still my favourite is With Love, Delirium

For Insectis
Toxic, the vocalist of Insectis. He is energetic, flashy and free spirit, a bit of a dare devil. He has dark blue hair and ocean green eyes.
Crick, is a soft spoken guitarist for Insectis, He is quiet, effeminate, lots to cosplay, an amazing cook / baker. He is a little more anxious. His eyes are the color of honey and his hair is golden brown.
What is the first BL you remember reading?
First one was long along does Clamp count with Toya and Yuki for my first ones. It was so long ago
What is the BL comic you are reading right now that you like? I absolutely love "Do you Even Witch?"and my favorite manga for bl is " Deko - Boko Sugar Days
