Hi everyone! I thought it would be nice to make a thread for talking about boys love comics specifically. Boys Love is kind of a weird corner of the comic community to be in, because we are popular but unpopular at the same time. xD So why not have some fun and talk about what we love, which is boys love!
I will post questions and other fun stuff to get us going!

It was actually more of a polyamory but or a BL either between two BXB or BXGXB but who knows what'll be my decision later on (most likely I'll do both with their own separate stories but eh thats for later on )

I believe there is a story here on tapas (and on webtoon) that contains BxBxG and GxBxG they are called BiLove if you haven't heard of them they are preetty good 🏽

I'm really interested in reading more stories featuring polyamorous romances. My preference is for comics with a male protagonist where at least one of the other relationship partners is male. Getting back on track with this thread,

1. Lead characters in my main BL project Fatal Moon, the first season anyway, are Ranmaru and Ashuri. Ranmaru’s catchphrase pretty much sums up his personality: “You say I can, I say I can’t, luck may be on your side, but it’s only happy when it’s fucking me over.” And this guy wants to be a detective. Ashuri is a yanki and he doesn’t really like much of anything, he spends his time silently judging people until someone pisses him off. They are both Disciples Of Satan, super powered digimon/power ranger inspired wizards destined to help protect Satan in his path to protect demonkind.

2. First BL I ever read was ironically enough, Steel or Steal Moon I think it was called, Nozomi was the best example of an uke in that particular sub genre.

3. None at the moment all the ones I found need new episodes and as for Manga I can’t remember the title but I’ll update this when I find it again.

4. I will once the remake is created and I can update chapter one. Found a 90s artist and I love 90s style series really hard.

I like engaging with other BL fans c: I wish there was a discord server just for BL creators, but the only one I know is full ;-;

1. Man it's actually weird to label my story as BL, I can't explain why XD Maybe because it doesn't follow the BL tropes, or because it's a secondary genre (it's more focused on fantasy/drama/coming-of-age), or because the characters are too young at the current point... or maybe it's just the stigma that the BL genre has lol. But it's definitely a BL, technically.
   My characters are teen classmates and roommates in a magic school, and they argue a lot. It's like the enemies-to-friends-to-lovers trope, except the "enemies", "friends" and "lovers" phases are all mixed up XD And it also has a bit of psychological drama, inspired by Neon Genesis Evangelion.

3. I kinda stopped reading BL manga because I got tired of the same-y premisses and tropes. Omg your art style is really cute!! I really loved the art of Kaze to Ki no Uta too, even if the story is problematic AF. (I think the creator now is like the head of a manga school too now???)
I would like to make a discord like that, do you know of the one that was like full??? So I can see an example LOL. I think it would be nice to have a place for people to share ideas and work on creating nice comics together >.<;

Yeah Kazeki is very dark hahah But I love it because I'm really into psychological drama, and it's got a certain unique vibe that I've never found before in other BL manga. I'm actually very surprised that you know it, because no one ever talks about it, it looks so underground lol XD
