Can i promote my comic from the global comic award?

Is it against the rules to promote it or not? If it isn't what is considered against the rules when it comes to promoting it?

Here's a quote from the contest page.

"Submissions should not be posted on other platforms during the contest and judging period"

So this tells me you can not promote it outside of tapas. As for promoting it here on the forums, I'm unsure. It may be best to avoid doing so until after they announce the winners.

You're free to promote it, you just can't post the comic in it's entirety on another site.

Of course you can promote it. It's your comic. The only rule is you publish it only on Tapas. Marketing the cover / panel shots etc on Insta, reddit and all is allowed.
