Can I Publish on the Mobile Site?

Hi! I'm kinda new to this tapastic mobile site and I'm about to publish my webcomic on it but for some reasons I can't publish using the mobile site and the app..
Is it possible to publish using the app or mobile site? Pleas tell me..

I use the Tapas desktop website on my phone by using the checkbox in Chrome that requests desktop rather than mobile.

I've published episodes this way.

Another way to access the full website on a mobile device is to do this. First, load the URL normally. When the pop up window asks if you want to use the app or continue using the mobile site, select mobile site. Scroll way down to the very bottom. The last line on the webpage, previously covered by that pop up box, should be a link to the full (meaning desktop) site.

I simply use puffin browser in my phone. You can even play flash game with this browser.
