Speaking of sketches, I read that dedicating some time to drawing your OCs for non-comic purposes can help prevent burnout when drawing the actual comic. So that's what my sketches below are

I did a ton of exploratory sketches to figure out the characters and the world the story takes place in. Some contain spoilers, other elements that exist that I created but never will use due to the focus of the story.

I looove the watercolor/painted type look of your art! And yep, especially after reading their descriptions, I can see how different Aspen and Azra are~ (Very pretty names btw!)

Thank you! I kinda just draw for fun so my technique is really random most of the time, these days I'm just trying to consistently actually do the art. T.T

yeah is the fox (Spring), plus the centaur goat (ashley), and this little blorbo (purple), basically the vixen's aunt is running a clandestine business of blood traffic in a city, in a magic world in which vampires, demons and otherhuman eating beings exist, one night, this little fella discovers a murder that turns out to be the competition for the vixen's, and so, they have to uncover the murders, while Spring tries to hide her nature and true intentions from her best friends
