The angle of the head is not clear. It looks a bit like the head turned down because we look on the nose from above
but than the ears have not the right placement. This is what I mean. This would be the placement of the ears.
The other thing is that head looks a bit wide.
The jaw and the wide distance between the eyes is probably a style choice so I can´t say much about it

I like the general style, especially his eyes.

His face is too wide. The ear folds aren't correct. You could also work on your line weight

Going to agree with @river121693 about the line weight. The lines look all the same weight, which makes the piece look bland...learn to vary your line weight, and it will make your work pop.

Agree with everything above. I'd say it kind of looks like you redrew a preexisting panel from a preexisting manga but didn't really get why it worked.

Also try to flip your canvas while working, the eye on the left (character's right) is noticably smaller than the other one, you probably would have immediately seen it if you'd flipped the canvas. It's really useful to do that, especially on angles like this where the face is going to be more or less symmetrical. Faces aren't symmetrical so in drawing having faces that aren't quite perfect is actually good, but there's a point where it starts to look too off like here.

Also, on a more "for the future note": it can be good to include shoulders in portraits like this. Shoulders give a whole lot of character and movement to a pose even when it's just a headshot, you can really show off your characters attitude with how the shoulders are placed, Unless you're really zooming in on the character's facial expression for maximum drama, shoulders are a really useful tool in body language is what I'm saying.

Thank you everyone who took their time to help me guide here, I will look into this and try to improve. I am so much happy that you genuinely tried to understand what I needed and provided me the right direction. Thank you.
