Agree with everything above. I'd say it kind of looks like you redrew a preexisting panel from a preexisting manga but didn't really get why it worked.
Also try to flip your canvas while working, the eye on the left (character's right) is noticably smaller than the other one, you probably would have immediately seen it if you'd flipped the canvas. It's really useful to do that, especially on angles like this where the face is going to be more or less symmetrical. Faces aren't symmetrical so in drawing having faces that aren't quite perfect is actually good, but there's a point where it starts to look too off like here.
Also, on a more "for the future note": it can be good to include shoulders in portraits like this. Shoulders give a whole lot of character and movement to a pose even when it's just a headshot, you can really show off your characters attitude with how the shoulders are placed, Unless you're really zooming in on the character's facial expression for maximum drama, shoulders are a really useful tool in body language is what I'm saying.
