Hi! I just stumbled across your post while trying to find what I think might be the exact same novel. 
I know your post is a few years old, but I was wondering if you ever figured out what it was called. The reply suggesting The Alpha's Breeder doesn't seem to match the story I remember.
Here's what I remember (some details may be slightly off since it's been years):
The MC was a human whose name was something like Pip/Pippin/Piper. At the beginning he gets chased by bullies into the woods and climbs over a fence surrounding a werewolf territory. The bullies won't follow him, and the werewolves capture him almost immediately. I remember him being taken to a basement or cell and questioned before meeting the alpha.
The alpha had only recently taken over the pack because his father had been killed, and he was pretty cold and angry at first. I also remember him having a terrible relationship with his mother, and I think that had something to do with his father's death.
The werewolves were also kept secret from the public, and I remember there being some sort of arrangement with the government to keep their existence hidden. People outside the territory believed there were just dangerous animals or dogs living behind the fence.
The MC ends up staying with the pack, and over time they fall in love. I also remember the pack living in a large mansion.
Some other random things I remember:
the pack had a Delta who later dies,
much later in the story it's revealed that the MC's parents, who he believed were dead, had actually been kidnapped, and he eventually reunites with them, when he gets kidnapped by the same persons.
Does any of that sound familiar? I've been trying to track this novel down for ages and can't find any trace of it anymore. Maybe it has been taken down?
