Cant upload anything to line Webtoon HELP

Is anyone else having this problem like me ? I have never ever had this uploading problem before
and I got help from a friend who is computer expert so we have pretty much checked everything.
He said that webtoon might have problems. But my sister who lives in Japan could upload, while I cant.

Anyone has the same problem as me who lives in Europe ?

And when I try to upload thump, nothing happens as well, it only is a green circle and nothing more. This is very sudden. So I have no idea O: I also emailed webtoon, but idk when or if I will get answer so

I have to be super patient and just walk away while it uploads. Webtoons is always molasses slow for me.
If it isn't that, I'd check one of those "is down" twitter accounts or sites. I'm not in Europe, so I don't know if it's a server deal.

I have this issue when i use safari so i use crome to upload. try a different browser. thats what i do and it works.

I have tried different browser. I even made my friend try on his pc and still didnt work.
Will ask my sister when she comes home from japan to try as well.

But its weird. This has never happened to me before. I have best internet as well and stuffs. But i camt upload fdom both my pcs as well.

I saw the changed some europa policy so I habe no idea xDDD (tried crome, firefox and edge)

(I need to upload around next week as latest, let's hope for best. Still frustrating tho)

That's exactly what happened to me yesterday! I live in Europe as well.

In another forum thread kadazuro suggested uploading from this link https://upload.webtoons.com/en/ instead of www.webtoons.com , and it worked for me!
(I was almost crying at this point, I was up all night to finish the new chapter and I couldn't even upload it...) I hope it works for you too!
