I mostly use Paypal (since Ko-Fi takes a bit of the money and I can actually use every bit right now ) I'll get in touch with you when I do the review and we can talk about this! Thank you

I hope I will :see_no_evil: I really like doing reviews and I can use that extra money right now

Completed the form, thank you for the opportunity ^^. I'd be down for a long review, but the projected £77 is a bit of an oof a price for me right now.

I filled out the form for a short review. I hope that is alright. My story is a LGBTQ+ story. I saw on your site that you seem to be okay with those kind so I was very forward and signed up before checking. If I am wrong please let me know and just disregard my entry. I run into lots of reviewers who are not okay with my content, so I would prefer if I didn't make anyone uncomfortable.

Is it a comic or a novel? If it's that much, we can always talk about a discount, like I said on the form  But thanks for filling out the form!

That's very nice! I'll consider submitting to it, as I'm very interested in getting a review (a small one would be best because the story is still starting).

It's a comic. Well, maybe perhaps later I'll be more open to the idea... On the other hand, later it'll become even more expensive, lol XD

I don't think I'll make it more expensive anytime soon. Maybe when I actually get some money from this, but it doesn't look like that will happen

Hey Cat, I just submitted the form for my novel Jade Kingdoms! I recently rewrote the first 7 chapters (split over the episodes) so I'd love some fresh eyes on my work.

Ffff I can empathize with the money issues. Well, if you're able to keep up with the mass of indie comic creators and novelists, I'm sure you'll have yourself a good business going for a while. There's practically an endless flood of us who want free/low paying reviews, especially webcomic folk. I'm sure you know this, but pace yourself, and if you get overwhelmed feel free to take breaks.

After reading your blog posts about TWs and CWs (had no idea they were different things, I've just been saying CW for everything because people take it more seriously. Lol), I was wondering what your stance was on reviewing stories with certain themes, specifically ones that with your triggers? Do you prefer to not read those types of novels/comics, or are you alright with it as long as you're warned beforehand?

Ooh, that blog post wasn't written by me :see_no_evil: It's a friend's website and I did some guest posts there, you can find them here4

But to reviewing stories with certain triggers, I don't mind at all! I honestly don't even know what really triggers me, it depends a lot on the situation and my general mood. I'd definitely read a story, even if there's no warning. If I notice that it's really triggering to me, I'll contact the author. Maybe I can get back to that story on another day or I can give my review of however much I've read.

Lol oooh alright, I thought you were the blog owner. That makes sense, also it's good to see your alright reading whatever, and have an idea of what you'll do if something does trigger you. Makes me feel a little better about hitting you up if you're still doing reviews down the road, my comic does have a nice ending, but the bulk is on the heavy side.

Good luck with your reviews!

Well, no, but I'll release more pages by that time, which will inflate the price I need to pay for a review of them. =)

My novel also touches on some heavy themes as well, so I know how difficult it can be to find a reviewer who accepts it.

Thank you! :see_no_evil:
