The Love We See in the Stars is a compilation of short stories based on true events and one fiction.
The first story in the compilation, Butterfly Of Stars, is already finished with three chapters. Hope you'll enjoy reading it.

And as for being nervous about commenting, I was at first too. I’ve found, though, that most authors welcome comments, even constructive ones as long as they’re written in good faith and truly focused on improvement. You really don’t even have to offer feedback, just engage with the story truthfully. Comment on something you enjoyed, or even better, ask a question.

Most authors - including myself - enjoy when readers engage. XD

“sigh Complicated family relationships! Isn’t it just like families to keep all these secrets?! I feel like Lizzy’s disappearance is somehow connected to the town of Lochton...
I enjoyed this first chapter and I really liked the historical setting!”

“It was freaking terrifying when he stepped out of the car like that! I didn’t mean to frighten you? Yeah right, man! Next time, I’d have a derringer waiting for him...
And his eyes? No one wondered about his eyes? I mean, crimson isn’t exactly a normal eye color... unless it is in the world of this story.”

I'm getting caught up on both Flame and Flowers as well as Wentiko. I'm not commenting on every chapter that I read, but I left comments in at least half. I very much like the suggestion of placing questions in the comments for the sake of engagement. If someone wants to set up a structured comment trading exchange, I'm game.
