Thank you and yes, I am indeed blind I did notice that is indeed on default on Ipad already. Is really not what I would call a touch interface, it feels more like a 'screen real state' optimization. All I feel it really does is that when you click on a tool it would auto hide the elements of it compare to desktop mode (so you have to touch the icon to see them, touch it again to hide).
Heck you are actually right that the regular one is better if you have the screen size instead of the 'touch' one. They are the same in term of UI (nothing changes) is just the auto-hide items for real state screen. So yeah, they didn't make a different UI on touch or anything or make it better for touch.
I do hope they include some of the elements of the iphone one on the Ipad, not all of them of course, but the sliders for pen size on screen like in Iphone would be nice. Outside of that, is just getting use to it, I also just got my pencil and I can feel already it does change how you interact with the app.
