(I'm not sure if this is allowed, if not I'll take it down).
So I obtained some extra money a couple days back and decided I want to use it to buy a art commission. But I haven't found an artist yet or decided to pick one yet.

I am looking for a art commission of my character Cate. That can be a headshot, a halfbody or fullbody piece etc, I'm not fixated on one specifically. Art style is most likely what I'm drawn to most.

So if you do commissions or know someone who does them, hit me up with your rates or theirs

Not a mod but ... I think it's fine since you're asking rather than promoting your own commissions. And the request is allowing other people opportunity to promote rather than focusing solely on one person.

If you're looking for a job and simply dump your commission, that's not allowed (without giving any betterment for the forum), but if you're looking for an artist to take a commission job, they allowed it. At least I've never seen anyone who's looking for an artist/writer post got taken down if there's no trouble.
