How'd I miss the fee mentioned on there? But sure, I could purchase a theme song, still (and now I see the trailer is definitely a no-go, as with the holidays I'm quite strapped, and even without I wouldn't be able to bring myself to afford it with a part-time minimum wage job). I have an idea for a basic refrain, but nothing else, so I might be able to record myself singing that and send the file to you guys (you'd have to endure my awful singing, though).
But for music genre, I don't know. I know a sweeping orchestral score is off the table (understandable, as that would cost so much more, sue to hiring plenty of musicians and it taking much more effort to write for umpteen different instruments and the like), but I tend to think my comic theme would be one that's more of a chameleon, able to be performed in any style. But maybe I could go with a rocky guitar song, since the 「Protagonist」one above is of that vein, and something I would enjoy. But if not that, Celestial Forest also has a sound that seems to dip closer to the orchestral side, which can be good.
