ComicFury allows you to upload up to 12 images in a single episode, and I've seen people posting vertical format comics on there, although it's definitely less common than on Tapas/Webtoons. And as KoreanTacos said, they also have the option to turn on infinite scroll for comics 
I'm afraid I haven't seen any premade templates for CF other than the default ones, though D: there are a few additional ones on the forum, but not a ton, as far as I know.
The way I did it was using one of their default templates and then change small things like colors, adding a banner and custom backgrounds and so on and so forth. I suggest taking a look at this guide to start figuring out how layout codes on the site work (here for a more complete guide), and if you have more questions... there's always the Layouts, HTML, CSS & Javascript forum where you can ask for help just make sure to check the rules before you ask and maybe take a look at the threads that are already on there to see if your question has already been answered
