Yes!! Customers can be crazy sometimes!
I routinely get some customers demanding outrageous or hazardous things (hazardous to me or to them) and get extremely upset when I refuse. At least I have the advantage of being my own boss so I can do as I want, but I know I'm losing a lot of customers and giving my business a bad reputation in certain circles because I refuse to accept crazy requests.
Let's be honest, the customer is rarely right. Even us when we are customers for a product/service outside of our area of expertise. And that's fine (and expected!) when it stays within reasonable limits, but too many people cross these limits...
