I have few questions:

Language:

• If comic uses profanity/obscene language, but it's censored like " * * * * " or " d * * * " shall comic still be marked as mature despite being censored that way... ?
• ...even if it's used in non-sexual context like character calling somebody this way in fit of rage?
• If speech has sexual undertones, but doesn't outright mention genitalia or sex-related words (including slang), showing characters more like flirting/teasing, shall it still be marked as mature?

Art:

• If sex scene is completely censored - like panel is fully black or characters are not seen at all (like in cinema shot moves to window/sky/thing), but it's logically implied that characters have/had sex should it still be marked as mature?
• If character is shown being nude, but he/she is covering themselves with something (towel/hands) and genitalia/areola is fully covered that way - shall it be marked as mature?
• Does scenes involving foreplay while characters are still dressed (no genitalia is shown) call for Mature tag?

I didn't put it under "mature" tag for the only very reason - because it wasn't put under mature tag in original Premium series, which itself is not in Mature section either.

Since it took multiple zooms for me to notice that, I'm suspecting that slipped by. Feel free to report the page so our team can review it.

None of what you describe sounds like something that needs the mature tag from our rule standpoint.

My novel includes two separate scenes where slurs are used in the context of bullying and in an argument. Would these episodes need to be placed under the mature filter?

It would be great if we could have an additional tag or category we could add to our comics that would just voluntarily exclude us from the app. I really like Tapas and the community here. I'm already banned from Webtoon, I would hate to get banned from another big webcomic site.

The Tapas ToS change to censor non-sexual nudity came out last week did it not? Going after a creator for their work from 2018 is weird. I'm sure they'll censor it if they're told to, they're not dodging rules. Nice zooms tho. Seein that dangle 4x zoomed in did make me lol. I never caught it in the times I read BST.
