I'm in my 9th or so month, within which I've produced 51 pages of my main comic, participated in a short 6 page collab, and just recently completed a 10 page side project.
I feel like my actual process hasn't changed too much yet, but I've picked up on a lot of nuances along the way that have helped speed up and improve my workflow. The most important has probably been just gaining familiarity with my tools. Getting better and faster with my dip pen, switching to a non-photo blue pencil to save time on erasing and cleaning up the scans, picking up more and more tricks and shortcuts in photoshop to speed up coloring and effects, etc.
Other than that just the extra drawing experience is helpful lol. Figuring out how detailed (or not) the pencils have to be, figuring out where you can simplify things without losing out on too much quality, getting better and faster at drawing your characters and locations, etc.
