Okay, so the art.
You need some establishing shots. We start immediately from a crying boy and the woman, but we have absolutely no idea where are they: is it a crowded street, is it a dark back alley? Why is the woman walks past some mirror? Where did she took him, was it some giant corporal building or a unknown basement? The same problem is with other backgrounds - we need them at least sometimes, to know what kind of lab is it, maybe there are other robots there or something like that.
Definitely take your time with anatomy and volume, the characters look kinda like cardboard figures - use more references. Sometimes you are drawing hands and other details, sometimes you don't which is bad and you practically can see how lazy the art is, when there are a 3 lines instead of actual arm like in the last page for example.
The line art is getting very sloppy and "hairy" sometimes, you just can do better.
Decide on the shading - sometime you're using the hand drawn shadow under their chins, sometime you don't. If you want to use it, try to make in also in the cheek, eyes, ears, armpits and other places when you're usually place them, it will give the art a look with more volume.
The angles you're using and the choice of panels are really not bad, but you can try to make them even more interesting ^^
Also maybe try to make space between panels a little bigger in some places, sometimes it is just too thin, it will be easier to differentiate the panels.
