Hi, I think you should try reaching out to them on the discord server if you haven't already done that. So sorry this happened to you.

So sorry this happened, however, remember you're not the only user in the platform, there are millions using the App and probably have several reaching to Customer Support. So yes, contacting and responses can take more than less than a week, some of them may even take 2 weeks or more.

I don't consider this affecting the bottom line for Creators, considering that Ink is not the only method to support them, many have Patreons, Paypal.Me or even other donation platforms that can directly accept money without needing to change the currency to a virtual wallet's or In-App Cash. As well... if you have experienced glitches where you have lost great sums of money... through the years, then... I don't know why you continue doing the same thing...

If you tried only one, then try another one.
Discord is a social platform not a third party service,. And considering how desperate your post is, I believe spending a few seconds creating an account that only requires an existing email and password, you only have to verify the email and done. It won't take more than 1 minute.
