I agree with @moontokkym ! Your comic isn't on hold because of subs, you can continue drawing it for as long as you want and can, it doesn't depend on the number of subs. OFC let's be honest, subs and feedback help to keep us motivated, but if you continue publishing your comic your audience will find a way to it!
Promote as much as you can on other spaces other than Tapas forum: try Instagram, Twittter, Tumblr, or some spaces where you know the Pokemon community is going strong. If you know any Portuguese-speaking site for comics, publish there as well, even if it's small it helps to stick together with other artists from your own country/community.
For promotion: also tell the future readers what your comic is about. Don't just throw in a link with no context, maybe add a couple of lines about what to expect from your story. Is it funny? Is it a tragedy? Is it about original characters or are you telling a side story for existing characters? Work on a basic logline that sounds interesting
Maybe add a cool image from your comic that you think can sell the story well or get enough attention.
Finally, don't just spam everywhere and beg for subs. Pity can work sometimes, but you can also get a negative reaction instead - plus some people might end up finding you annoying and missing your story alltogether, even if it would be a perfect fit for them!
Hope this helps, best of luck with your comic!
