That's right, someone even put them for some competition somewhere. Doesn't mean it's right or can be encouraged (or be given more views) from us though. (Also that's why until now I don't really read in LINE Webtoon).
My previous words might have been too harsh, but I'm strongly opinionated about this. If with a single Google search you can read a title from the author's choice of website, why should we condone those who repost without permission?
Granted, many of them does so without malicious intent. Some of them doesn't know better, I've found those who apologized by saying that they only saw a good comic and wanted to let others know it too.
That's why it is the website's, the platform's, duty as the authoritative hand to help the readers (and posters) know what should and should not be done. I think LINE's environment has been better now. Though I didn't exactly witch hunt those works.
