Do I need to turn on Mature Warning for French Kiss & Foreplay (kissing & licking of male upper body)?

The episode doesn't show genitals & have NO sexual intercourse

I can turn on mature warning for a particular episode in Tapas, but I cannot do the same on Webtoon. I don't know if I should as it will block younger readers from reading the rest of the story. I have put "parental advisory" warning on top of the episode , do I still need to blur it or pixelate it or put some object to hide the tongues in Webtoon ?

It's always better to air on the side of caution. I'd recommend doing it just for liability reasons and to protect yourself and your work. You can't control who consumes you comic, unfortunately and there are plenty of minors on both sites/apps.

I believe french kiss is okay, but if you put more heavy touching or if it's too detailed then it's probably a bit unsuitable for younger audiences. If you want to keep it family-friendly, I'd recommend you to censor it. Not by pixelating tongues, it would look silly; but by cutting some panels out, changing angles, focusing the camera somewhere else. Show just enough to get the point across. Maybe check some examples in the Sexy Discretion Shot trope (it's meant for sex scenes but can give you ideas for make out scenes as well).

I guess it is fine if there are is no nudity, but I would recommend placing a warning indeed.
