Do the books have to be in English?

I'm not a native english speaker (i'm from Spain), so there are a lot a things i don't know how to express.
But my main question is... do the books have to be in English? Also i have some things published but in Spanish, so i don't know if it does count for the writer application form. But mainly is that, if they have to be in English or not.

Please fill out the entire application form. It's fine if your answers are in Spanish.
