Does anyone have experience with the Art School for Digital Artists course by Marc Brunet?

Recently I've been looking into different art courses to up my art game! Due to the lockdown, I have a lot of free time on my hands, so I've been considering purchasing one.

At the moment, the Art School course is 30% off and it claims to offer a similar education to that of an art college. Although in a couple years I will go to university for animation (Uni in the UK is expensive, but nothing like in the US) I'd still like to get as good as possible before uni!

So, has anyone purchased this course? What do you think about Marc's teaching style? Are the lessons really in depth?
I was also considering purchasing just the first term, to see if I wanted to pay for the rest of the course.

I was also considering getting a membership from skillshare. Does anyone know if there are any good comic lessons on there?

I can't seem to find this course or any reviews online. What's the source of this class? I was redirected to a brush website I've been burned by before, super expensive and not very HQ, so I'm skeptical.

I have seen his videos on youtube. they are nice and kinda enough for a starter unless you need some papers proof of education. I mean not his only videos - basically web

If you have used his free workshops and they're working for you, and you HAVE this kind of money, then go for it! art degrees are actually more of a formality for certain jobs that require them, but a lot of freelance and art jobs just require the talent and effort to be there. Just don't spend money on it unless you have a reference of if this persons teaching style works for you. Not everyone clicks with everyone.

I have not seen any of those course, but as someone who has gone to art school, i suggest working with figure drawings exorcises. When I was in school, i took 4 semesters of figure drawing, about 6 hours a week, just drawing the human form. Its can get kinda intense, and i think it will help you significantly. One excersise we did was drawing a new gesture drawing every 15 sec. then 10 (doesn't matter if you finish, just get as much as you can). It might seem impossible, but it is a really good way to up your art game. And with google images, you can find some good image collections of poses.
