Does this character remind you of someone?

I recently gave one of my characters a major redesign, however she reminds me of some other character I’ve seen before for some reason. I can’t quite pick out who so I came to the internet for an answer.

What do you all think?

She makes me think of Anthy Himemiya, but with more assertiveness.

She reminds me a little of Olympia from pokemon. Mainly due to both of them having capes and the front view here
