This is a drawing/personal demons challenge inspired by the very cool works of Eliza Gauger, the creator of Problem Glyphs, I can't think of a more generic thing to call them than Problem Glyphs, it's such a good title. Frustration sigils? Bad stuff runes? Anyway her work is great, take a look if you have time.
Basically she has been doing a project for a couple of years where she draws a sigil to represent a problem that people send to her. After seeing them I started doing this for my friends and myself, sometimes just to get the problem out of my system, sometimes to remind myself and others the problem is something that you can overcome. It just feels good to get it out on paper you know?
Anyway they are fun, sort of meditative to create, and also I find they make me think about design and visual symbolism. If you feel like doing one you should post it on this thread
Here's one I did tonight because I was really unproductively mad at someone:
It's really relaxing to try and draw something symmetrically (I am so bad at it though haha, this is my first try traditionally). You can do it by hand, or digitally using a mirror feature. Before I got Clip Studio I would use Alchemy which is free and open source.
If you are a writer not a drawer, you could also create a glyph in the form of a poem.
