Drawing in a Manga Style

I was wondering how my people draw there pages in a manga style, vs the scrolling webcomic look.

I take a lot of inspiration from manga and anime, one piece being my favorite, I would love to know who else draws there comic like this.

I draw in manga style (colored) but not in the manga layout. I used to draw in the manga layout too. This layout is perfect for print, but not for mobile. Most of the webcomic readers are mobile users, so a lot had problems to read a comic in this format. So I switched to the scrolling format.

You can do both and that´s not only for one style.
Lay it out as if you would do a printable comic and then transform
it into a scrolling comic for the internet.
Then you can still print it after you used it on tapas or webtoons

The thing is, I like to do strange compositions with my pages and I feel like the scroll affects the flow a bit. Also it's no good for a double page spreads

You can do an alternative for the double page spread in the webcomic
and I wouldn´t worry about strange composition and you will have a composition
where the reader can follow panel after panel
I wouldn´t exclude the option to print your webcomic

I start my pages in a traditional manga format and draw all the panels. This helps me sort out action flow.
Then once done with all panels, I readjust the entire layout for mobile format and add the dialogue/sound effects.

I use manga style. I'm not really a fan of the scrolling style. I get why it's a thing, but I don't really like it. Plus my manga is printed so scrolling style just wouldn't work

I draw manga as pages in the original panel style of right to left. I intend to get it printed but for Tapastic I decided to go scroll. There are some panels that are in the book page format though. Feel free to take a look!

I'm the same way. I create it for print as pages then do as good a scroll format job as I can for tapastic.

My art style is heavily manga influenced but my story is read in the OEL (English manga) format. Easier for me since well... I'm not Japanese lol. But yeah, my main inspirations are early 00s visual novels/manga and 80s anime!

I do in manga style. I think readers would like the comic in the mobile format, I just haven't found the time to do that ._. and I never will, I guess, since the comic is soon 5 volumes long
My unrealistic(?) dream is to print the comic one day, so I don't worry about this too much. I just try to do what makes me happy~
