What drawing tablet do you use when you're on the go?

My beautiful, old, laggy samsung tablet is what I use to draw. It's too old to install newer drawing apps like clip studio paint, but I love it anyway. I bring it with me wherever I go, I use it for as long as I can, I cherish it. My love... your battery life may be terrible but you're my battery life.

I usually don't go around with my tablet when I'm outside home, since it's not safe.

But I use a Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite from time to time, it has no pen pressure yet I manage to do a pretty decent lineart on it. I still would recommend having a tablet holder to make sure you're not slouching.
If I can't bring my tablet with me, I do have a few sketchbooks to draw just in case.

I love my Surface Pro 8. It was spendy but worth it, because it functions as a regular computer as well

I tend to use my ipad 10th gen for drawing when im traveling or going out, but use an actual graphic tablet when im at home (XP-Pen Artist 12 Pro), and the program I use allows for me to transfer files back and forth between devices which is very nice!

I actually now make all of Engram on my iPad mini! So in that sense my work can go with me anywhere at any time; I just back it up on my PC when I'm at home.

I actually have a screenless tablet as my usual workhorse (for ergonomic reasons), but it's nice to draw on a screen once in a while! And the mini is roughly the size I want the comic to be in print (maybe 90-95%?), so it's nice to be able to check for how it looks.

My 6th gen 10" iPad(I barely use it unless I'm really inspired)...trying to use it more but I'm really not trying to save actual works to space allocated, so I have it connected to my Dropbox but that only works if I can get on wi-fi

I used to use an iPad Pro 12.9 until it got too much into the way, but if you want something portable then I'd recommend a iPad 10.9 since I believe they're only 300 or an iPad air. They're smaller and faster. Unfortunately, the apple pencils can be expensive. For the iPad 10.9 or any other later model you'd need a Apple Pencil First Gen which can coat up to $99 USD, for an iPad Air or Pro you'd need the Second Generation which costs up to $125 I believe. You can get knock offs from Amazon, but I don't know how well they work.

I tried the Samsung 7? With the S Pen, but it was too slow and clunky for my tastes. :]

Another Samsung user. S6 lite. Has the benefit of being not too far off a wacom in it's responsiveness.

Samsung Tab S7 FE! It has a wide screen and pen pressure, and been loving it!

(Although it is a bit laggy for large drawing or after having more than 50 layers).
