Examples of Ad Banner?

I'm planning on creating an ad banner for my series, but I'm not sure what exactly to include lol
Is there a certain way I should be designing these or is it sort of a free for all?

((for those who are confused, I'm talking about the little blurb at the end of every episode that promotes the series AKA the like and subscribe sort of stuff))

Design it to be eye catching and include what you want the reader to do if they so want to.

Yeah, since it's a small pic, I had to go for simple to make it clear.

I went with animated gifs since I didn't feel like setting up separate for each series ;p

I have two ad banners promoting my coresponding series. (One of which need updating) Trying to make them as eye-catching (and readable) as possible.

I used a pic I had of Jules from the 1000 subs celebration promo on mine. They're a fan favourite character, particularly with the most core and dedicated fans, and I liked how having them looking intently at a phone and smiling had a kind of secretive feeling like "hey, Jules is enjoying the new episode a week early! Don't YOU want to enjoy the new episode a week early?"
