oooooooooooh... I love Lady Death...

my novel isn't exactly immortality... but somehow is: my characters have many lives - they don't die of old age, they just decide to skip to another life to have a restart - it can be in a different time and/or space...

My main character is a human who's lived for nearly a thousand years and has....absolutely no idea why. It's secondary world fantasy with divine beings and elf-like creatures as well, so there's lots of immortality (or just really, really long lives) going around!

Their both really recent so I didn't manage to get that far into the story yet and they're also slow burns, but both have gods, two kinds of angels, reapers, vampires, witches and etc.

OMG that means so much to me! Thank you! I don't think it is that good just yet. It needs a good bit of editing. I hope to one day put it on like Kindle library or iBooks, but not until it has been edited and polished up a bit more haha.

Have you ever read any of Sarah J. Maas' books? They are the same genre and have fae. I have a whole list of authors like her that have books about fantasy romance and fae.

ALL OF SARAH J. MAAS' BOOKS!!!! MUST READ!!! For sure start with Throne of glass series, but A court of thorns and roses series and her newest series crescent city are great too!!

Iron Fey (read those back in 08 or 09 so they are for a younger audience) by Julie K.
The Darkest Drae series is really good! About dragons though well dragon like people
And Auryn Hadley's books are to die for! I love them it is the Wolf of Overhame Series.

My take on immortals are demigods that are more god than human. This results in them being able to live forever until someone kills them. However, they live out their human portion of their lives unknowing of the godly blood that runs through their veins. That is until they die, and wake up a more immortal self.

Oh hello, are we still talking about this? Because immortals are absolutely my jam. Gods are my typical go-to, as seen in my Lessons Learned the Hard Way urban fantasy series. The first book just updated today and features two several-millennia-old gods, with many more on the way, but there are plenty of other immortal creatures too.

Elves also feature prominently in my BL fantasy romance The Prince's Garden (updating later today). They're not quite immortal, but they do live for hundreds of years (and have kind of fucked up memory/time perception because of it).

I love fantasy and immortals. Always wonder how it would feel like to live forever and see the way the world change. Too bad it's only in our imagination that we can live through this!

Here's my shameless plug. It's a bit of horror, but definitely about a bunch of immortals. I've always been fascinated with Shamans and the culture (including the horror) of it all.

Mine involve some characters that aren't immortal per se but have long life spans. Some will be introduced in this story. I hope to do a sequel so more will be explained in depth. But the story is fantasy.
