Don't know how much I'd like it now, but in high school, Hetalia was the funniest anime series period.
Panty & Stocking is also pretty good. New Season has been a good follow up.

It's quite a coincidence that my comic's male protagonist Toorei's face somewhat resembles Fel. However, when I was designing Toorei, I wasn't aware of this anime.
