So, just to demonstrate and be a bit reassuring, like I know lots of newer people worry about putting their ideas out there because they might be stolen or judged or spoil things. So a version from my drafts that I'm considering polishing up, in the way you did it would be:
Boy meets fae.
Could be anything. There's not much to critique or feedback on. Comparatively, the more you give the more there is to be looked at and critiqued. The most you can say for the above is that it's sounds like a pretty standard, if reversed, paranormal romance. So you want to try and describe what's unique and give and idea what the core plot actually is rather than just an idea. For example:
Rococo inspired fantasy drama romance.
Con-man is recruited by his old partner in crime for a plot to swindle a noble family. Except the noble maiden they're targeting is a fake, and is in fact a half-fae black widow with her eyes on a wealthy merchant's son, and they have history.
Now, I've got a lot more of the plot than that planned out, but I'll stop there because even if you only have the bare bones of a plot like that above, and don't have all the twists and turns planned out, it's at least more for people critiquing to get their teeth into and understand what you're aiming for. But as a general rule: the more you give, the more people can give you advice, feedback and critique.
