Also to add onto what @joannekwan said, the cover, while very detailed, is kind of hard to look at and tell what is going on. The words "Cult Panic" look like an after thought and are smushed to the bottom of the image. I would recommend at least making the title words bigger and easier to read, especially the word panic, or remaking the cover with the placement of the title words in mind.
I'll be the first to approve of having the gutters, or the space behind the panels, colored. The thing is though, if you do want that space to be colored, it's better if it's considerably lighter or darker than what's in the panels. This is for the sake of contrast so that the panels stick out on the page. On the first page, the red of the background and the red of the gutter were very similar in color, so the whole image, and page to an extent, flattened.
Outside of the art, your comic is still pretty young; it's less than 6 months old. It's very hard to get noticed in the beginning and specifically for this platform, I believe you don't show up in the fresh section until you have 15 subs. And this can depend on whether or not you're promoting anywhere. Try promoting your comic more in the forums and in the 
Discord. Tapas has been really pushing their Discord recently, you'll probably find some luck there.
