First impressions on my comic? Rather new

Hi! Just uploaded my first chapter. I want to see what ppl think. I already written an entire script for this comic first over arching plot. It's batman and X-men inspired. I mostly want feedback on the writing since I'm rather new to writing comics. For the first chapter I wanted to get across the character's chemistry before I dive into exposition about their job. Their chemistry is rather brash and at odds with each other. It will take time for them to work together and build a friendly relationship. So I appreciate any feedback i receive.

Only one chapter so I don't think my basis for feedback will be fair.

But here goes anyway...

Good points: coloring, plot seems like an interesting funny start

Bad points: camera angles need to have more variety, art looks a little wonky and done haphazardly and quickly at times.

Pretty good start. The writing seems decent. I felt invested in what was going on.

I like the art style, the backgrounds and character designs are good. Some of the poses are kinda stiff (the devil slapping herself, the detective character pushing the devil away). The staging for the office could've been a lot better. Play around with different camera angles, the visual storytelling. Having almost all of that long scene with those characters keeping the same spots on frame, 3/4th and side angles, it was distractingly boring.

The highlights/shading are a little much on the faces. The clothing/body shading seems fine.

Solid starting place. I think with your class work, this could be something good.
