For sake of brevity, I'll give two of them flowers with pictures, then just type the other two!
Raymond: I was thinking the Butterfly Weed in standard orange might represent him well. It's a flower when given literally means leave me alone- yet the act of giving a flower is supposed to draw people in. Since he's on that same sort of in between, having to deal with people even when he doesn't necessarily find it pleasant, I thought it fitting. This is it's negative meaning, the flower can also mean transformation, room to grow and it seems he has the capacity to do so. Problem is, petals. I don't think he's lost any, but maybe it's too early for me to say. What causes the petals to fall is a pretty straightforward line, and it's not one I think he has yet to experience. The good news, he has a ton of petals, since they grow in clusters- though that's not always a promise of safety.

Elena: Pink Convolvulus. Whether some consider this a flower or a weed is, well. Up to debate. It still carries meaning though, like the entwining vines. This can mean both confusion and connections. They can be separate, or together. She does seem to have connections that cause her trouble, so I thought it may work as a nod to her being pushed into situations. On the positive side, it can mean hidden strength. They are a five fused petal, so she would have three. I actually think she's likely missing many petals, perhaps 4 left of the 15.

Leila: Snapdragons. Red, though the color meanings aren't overly relevant. The meaning of the flower as a whole is more important. Specifically, it's got dual meanings that don't necessarily match: strength and resilience, paired with deception and mystery. Since she uses 'masks' to do different jobs, I felt that that duality would be a good fit for her. This is another flower with five petals. I think she has two flowers, and I think she's lost four of the petals.
Mahan: Maybe the rose. It's another flower about duality. The beauty- him using flirting as a pretty outer cover, but within there's some jab. I think he would have two roses, but they're both missing half their petals. Having both makes it one whole flower, to draw back to his duality. I do think one is red, one is yellow. They both have positive and negative meanings, but the colors may be subject to change. This one I struggled with most, since his character is one I'm still getting into. (I'll come back to this one if I feel it needs an update)
That said, I hope you enjoy the responses! If you feel I got one wrong, I apologize. I started running out of time but didn't want to leave you hanging, either.
