The Asian Arowana is the most expensive fish in the world, sometimes raking in $300,000 for a singular fish. Their also known as dragon fish for their ability to jump around 3 metres in the air. They're very big in the Chinese underground and because of this they have gotten people killed.

Chinook Salmon

Especially grilled over charcoal with a slather of what we call 'salmon sauce' in our house:

2 parts mayo
1 part dijon mustard
1 garlic clove, crushed into a paste
1/2 teaspoon dried dill
salt and pepper to taste

Pufferfish are where it's at. I spent some years going to a doctor's office on a very frequent basis for routine shots, and they had a fishtank with a pufferfish named Frankie there, among other fish. He looked a lot like the fish in this image here, but his eyes were blue and sparkly. They would wait to feed the fish until I was there because they knew I liked watching Frankie eat. He would take this huge food cube in his mouth and then masticate it really hard and all these little bits would go flying everywhere, then once he'd finished his violent chewing he'd grab the largest piece that flew off and repeat. It was so fun to watch!

Sadly, at around year 2 or so of these meetings, he passed away. They got a new fish but the new one wasn't nearly as fun.

Me, it has to be the Coelacanth! (See - luh - cancth)

A fish once thought extinct since the time of the dinosaurs (65 Million Years Ago), but accidently discovered in 1938.

Evolutionarily speaking, eels are indeed fish, just reaaaaaaally loooooooooong fish. My big question is, if an eel had fins and scales but was still so long, would it be kosher? The world may never know!

when I google for cuddlefish I only get cuttle fish. Do you mean those or a different fish?

yeah its cuttle. I spelled it cuddle.
wishful thinking lol.
It's also apparently, not a fish. I'm a also clearly not a fish expert. lol.
