First thing is a priority list. Work/Family/Friends comes first, then Fitness, then Art.
Then, have a clear goal in mind, of how many times you want to commit to fitness each week. I did Zumba (which is great for keeping fit and having fun), 3x a week, for an hour per session.
You can give yourself freedom on when to full fill your Goals, so you don´t feel overwhelmed on days that you really don´t feel like it. I always went monday, for a good start into the week, then Wendsday or Thursday or Friday, depending on my mood, then once on the weekend.
Make sure you do something that is fun to you! Zumba ended up beeing my time to "relax" (don´t get me wrong, it´s really active, but it feels good) between day job and comic Work.
I saw my results in my weight, and reached all my weight goals one by one. If you have a weight related goal, you can keep track of it to motivate yourself. If not, you should usually still feel more energized and see your musceles developing after a few months.
It´s not easy, but it´s doable! Remember, Friends and Family are on top of the list, together with work, make enough room to socialise ;D Good luck!
